Warranty of RFID card.

1.No warranty for the expendable productssuch as the RFID card. Please contact us for testing if the card is unable touse within 7 days of purchase.
Card is unable to function.

1.Register the card before use if DENY isshown.
2.Please make sure no interference fromother reader nearby and do not use more than one card at the same time.
3.Please make sure both reader and RFIDcard use are at the same format. Contact us if format of the card is differentwith the reader.
4.Any metal material around or in the backof the proximity unit will affect its proximity quality. Please remove anymetal or foil material from the card or the reader to prevent interferencebetween the card and the reader.
5.Please contact us for further testing ifcard is still unable to use with the reader when all of the above issues areruled out.
Cares of the RFID card.

1.Do not bend or press the card hard as itmay damage the chip and coil of the card.
2.Do not link thin card or thick card tothe key chain except the key ring type.
3.Place thin card or thick card in the cardholder or wallet.
4.Keep the RFID card away from highmagnetic environment (such as magnetizing equipment in the factory or nuclearmagnetic resonance in the hospital).

Decreasing read range of the card occurred.

1.Durability of card is unlimited unless itis being used severely which may cause malfunction of the card and decreasingread range.
2.Remove any metal materials from thereader or keep a distance of 1-50px between the reader and the metal materialsin order not to affect reading range.
